Ray was an international referee, a past president of the ERRS, and one of our life members. Ray was also the first president of the SRRA (Scottish Rugby Referees Association) when it was formed in the mid-1990s.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Ray’s family. Details of his funeral will be posted on the SRU website when details are made available.
