This section is designed to provide fitness guidance and support for our match officials.

We want to provide advice and programmes that will help our members attain and maintain the levels of fitness required for the level at which they officiate or want to officiate.


We will provide guidance on programmes around stamina, sprint speed, agility and flexibility in addition to running society Bronco sessions to provide benchmarks during various times of the season.


Mark Sinclair is available for specific advice too as our ERRS Strength and Conditioning Advisor. A WhatsApp group is in the process of being set up, please reach out to the society or Mark directly if you would like to be added.
